Forging
KFPL established its in-house forging unit in 1988 for vertical integration and quality control. In 1999, it expanded by acquiring a UK-based forging unit. Today, KFPL boasts world-class capabilities with a forging and heat treatment capacity exceeding 12,000 TPA. Flexible forging lines allow multiple product lines, utilizing advanced equipment like pneumatic hammers, hot forging presses, upsetters, and ring rolling machines. KFPL produces profile and round forgings from various steel alloys and exotic materials, ranging from a few hundred grams to 50 kg.
